개인정보처리방침 (한국어)
잎콩(Ipkong, 이하 “앱”)은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 생각합니다.
잎콩은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에는 서버가 없고, 계정이나 로그인이 없으며, 네트워크로 데이터를 주고받는 기능 자체가 들어 있지 않습니다. 이용자가 입력한 모든 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
수집하지 않습니다.
앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 생년월일, 위치정보, 연락처, 광고 식별자 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입 절차가 없습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 앱 기능을 위해 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다.

기기 내 식별값에 대하여
앱은 첫 실행 시 무작위 문자열(UUID)을 하나 만들어 기기에 저장하고, 물주기 기록이 어느 기기에서 작성됐는지 구분하는 데에만 사용합니다.
- 애플 광고 식별자(IDFA), 구글 광고 ID, 기기 일련번호 등 기기 고유 식별자가 아닙니다. 앱이 스스로 만든 임의의 값입니다.
- 이용자 개인을 특정할 수 없습니다.
- 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 사라집니다.
3. 접근 권한
앱은 아래 권한을 필요한 순간에만 요청하며, 모두 선택 권한입니다. 허용하지 않아도 물주기 알림이라는 핵심 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.

시간대 정보
앱은 기기에 설정된 시간대(예: Asia/Seoul)를 읽어 지금이 겨울인지 판단하고,
겨울에는 물주기 간격을 늘립니다. 이 정보는 기기에서 읽기만 하며 저장하거나
전송하지 않습니다. GPS 등 위치 정보는 사용하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
제공하거나 위탁하는 정보가 없습니다.
앱에는 광고 SDK, 분석 도구, 오류 수집 도구, 쿠키나 유사한 추적 기술이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
5. 데이터 내보내기와 백업
설정 화면에서 등록한 식물과 물주기 기록을 내보낼 수 있습니다.
- 파일로 저장·공유: 백업 파일(JSON)을 만들어 기기의 공유 기능에 넘깁니다. 파일을 어디로 보낼지는 이용자가 직접 선택합니다. 앱이 만든 임시 파일은 공유가 끝난 직후 삭제됩니다.
- 텍스트로 복사: 같은 내용을 클립보드에 복사합니다.
내보낸 파일이나 복사한 내용이 이용자의 기기를 떠난 뒤에는 앱이 관여하지 않습니다. 메일, 클라우드 저장소 등 보내신 곳의 보안 정책이 적용되므로 안전한 곳에 보관해 주시기 바랍니다.
6. 보유 기간과 파기
앱은 서버에 아무것도 보관하지 않으므로, 모든 정보는 이용자의 기기에만 존재하고 이용자가 직접 관리합니다.
- 식물을 삭제하면 해당 정보가 기기에서 지워집니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 기기에 저장한 정보도 함께 지워집니다.
기기의 백업 기능(iCloud, Google 백업 등)을 켜 두셨다면 그 백업에 사본이 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 이용자가 기기에 설정한 기능이며 애플·구글의 정책이 적용됩니다. 앱이 보내는 것이 아니고, 개발자는 그 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다.
⚠️ 개발자에게는 사본이 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 잃어버렸을 때 저희가 데이터를 되살려 드릴 방법은 없습니다. 기기를 바꾸기 전에 5항의 내보내기 기능으로 백업해 두시기를 권합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
앱이 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 별도의 열람·정정·삭제 요청 절차가 없으며, 이용자가 앱 안에서 직접 모든 정보를 확인하고 수정하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 열람: 앱 화면에서 등록한 정보와 기록을 언제든 확인
- 정정: 식물 수정 화면에서 변경
- 삭제: 개별 식물 삭제 또는 앱 삭제
- 이동: 설정 화면의 내보내기 기능으로 백업 파일 저장
8. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 연령과 무관하게 누구나 사용할 수 있으며, 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함한 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보
앱은 개인정보를 수집·전송하지 않으므로 외부 유출 경로가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 iOS와 Android가 제공하는 앱 샌드박스 안에 보관되며, 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
법령이나 앱 기능이 바뀌어 이 방침을 수정할 경우, 변경 내용과 시행일을 앱 또는 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
앞으로 데이터를 외부로 전송하는 기능(예: 다른 사람에게 식물 돌봄을 맡기는 기능)이 추가될 경우, 해당 기능을 사용하기 전에 무엇이 전송되는지 알리고 이용자의 동의를 받은 뒤에만 동작하도록 하겠습니다. 동의하지 않으셔도 기존 기능은 그대로 사용하실 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)
Ipkong (“the App”) respects your privacy.
Ipkong does not collect or transmit any personal information. The App has no server, no account, and no login. It contains no networking code at all. Everything you enter stays on your device.
1. Information We Collect
None.
The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. There is no sign-up.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The following is stored only on your device to make the App work. It is never sent to the developer or to anyone else.

About the on-device identifier
On first launch the App generates a random string (a UUID) and stores it on your device. It is used only to mark which device a watering record came from.
- It is not a device identifier such as Apple’s IDFA, Google’s Advertising ID, or a hardware serial number. The App makes it up at random.
- It cannot identify you as a person.
- It is never transmitted.
- Deleting the App removes it from your device.
3. Permissions
The App requests these permissions only at the moment they are needed, and all of them are optional. Watering reminders — the core of the App — work without any of them.

Time zone
The App reads your device’s time zone (for example Asia/Seoul) to decide
whether it is currently winter, and stretches watering intervals in winter. This
is read on the device only — never stored, never transmitted. The App does not
use GPS or any location service.
4. Third Parties
Nothing is shared with anyone.
The App bundles no advertising SDK, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no cookies or similar tracking technologies.
5. Export and Backup
From Settings you can export your plants and watering history.
- Save or share as a file — the App writes a JSON backup and hands it to your device’s share sheet. You choose where it goes. The temporary file the App created is deleted as soon as sharing finishes.
- Copy as text — the same content is copied to your clipboard.
Once an exported file or copied text leaves your device, the App is no longer involved. Whatever you send it to — email, cloud storage — applies its own policies, so please keep it somewhere safe.
6. Retention and Deletion
Because nothing is kept on a server, all information exists only on your device and stays under your control.
- Deleting a plant removes its information from your device.
- Deleting the App removes what it stored on your device.
If you have turned on your device’s backup (iCloud, Google backup, and the like), a copy may be included in that backup. That is a feature you enabled on your device and Apple’s or Google’s policies apply to it. The App does not send it, and the developer cannot reach it.
⚠️ The developer holds no copy. If you delete the App or lose your device, we have no way to restore your data for you. Please use the export in section 5 to back up before switching devices.
7. Your Rights
Because the App collects no personal information, there is no request process to go through — you can see, change, and delete everything yourself inside the App.
- Access — view your plants and history on screen at any time
- Rectification — change details on the edit screen
- Erasure — delete a plant, or delete the App
- Portability — save a backup file from Settings
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for users of any age and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).
9. Security
Since the App neither collects nor transmits personal information, there is no path for it to leak. Information stored on your device sits inside the app sandbox provided by iOS and Android, where other apps cannot reach it.
10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes because of new laws or new features, the changes and their effective date will be posted in the App or on this page.
If a future version adds a feature that sends data off your device — for example, handing plant care to someone else while you are away — we will tell you exactly what would be sent and ask for your consent before that feature does anything. Declining will not affect the features you already use.
